Conceived as a refined Milanese retreat, La Bonbonnière is a 50 m² apartment where intimacy meets elegance. The project explores the art of defining space within a compact layout, using color, bespoke carpentry, and tactile materials to create both function and atmosphere.

A custom wooden wardrobe runs seamlessly from the entrance to the kitchen, serving as both a divider and a unifying element. It provides structure, warmth, and hidden functionality, subtly shaping the main living area while maintaining fluidity.

Materiality plays a central role: marble surfaces, ceramic tiles, and rich velvets bring depth and sophistication. Velvet is also introduced in the curtains used as sliding partitions, delicately separating the bedroom from the living space. This dual-layer textile solution evokes a mid-century spirit, balancing softness with architectural definition.
