The client’s wish was to create a fast casual concept capable of expressing the warmth of Alpine traditions while remaining deeply connected to the contemporary, urban energy of Turin.

Inspired by mountain culture, the design translates culinary identity into space, drawing subtle references to mountain landscapes through materiality, color, and texture, while embracing a clean and modern aesthetic.

Housed within a former hardware store, the project builds a dialogue between past and present. Green floor tiles introduce freshness and depth, becoming a defining chromatic element of the interior. Light wood surfaces on the counter and shelving add warmth and a sense of natural simplicity, evoking craftsmanship and authenticity.

Integrated benches and custom-designed tables complete the space, offering comfort and functionality while reinforcing a contemporary and welcoming atmosphere, one that balances memory, material honesty, and modern urban life.
